Design
All
models are equipped with a molded permanent filter & right or left
side gas & electric inlet connections with quick simple change.
Units are also designed to be convertible from upflow to horizontal left
or right without field conversion. This innovative combustion design
results in reliable, efficient operations at sound levels which provide a
distinct competitive advantage.
Cabinet
The
units are constructed with Pre-paint galvanized steel cabinets for added
reliability & durability. For added service-ability, grab-holes
have been emplaced in doors to aid in easy door removal &
replacement.
Low Profile
The “34
inch” [864mm] design is lighter & easier to handle, making is easily
installed & leaves room for optional equipment & optimal access
for maintenance.
Patented Heat Exchanger
Constructed of aluminized steel for maximum corrosion resistance and thermal fatigue reliability.
Direct Spark Ignition & Remote Sensor
The robust & reliable direct spark ignition is an efficient method
of gas ignition while the remote flame sensor monitors the flame. For
added safety & personal peace of mind the direct spark ignition with
remote sensor will lock out system after trial for ignition if main burner fails to ignite.
Motor & Blower Compartment
With an
energy efficient & quiet single stage PSC motor, an insulated blower
compartment to help reduce jacket loss & noise, makes it one of the
most reliable & quietest furnaces on the market today.
Furnace Control
All models feature an integrated board & are equipped with
humidifier & electronic air cleaner hookups for added heating
capacity & efficiency.
Induced Draft Blower
It
works specifically with the heat exchanger. The blower pulls hot
combustion gases through the exchanger & vents them outdoors.
In-Shot Burners
Regulate the air/gas mixture for increased reliability & dependability.
